Our products are designed and produced in collaboration with trusted workshops that follow strict quality and ethical standards. We work primarily with European suppliers known for their craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Are your products authentic?

Yes, all products sold on Greenloungeco.com are 100% authentic and carefully sourced through official and verified distribution channels.


Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours.
Standard delivery in mainland  usually takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on the shipping method selected.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

What are the delivery fees?

Standard delivery is free for orders over €80 in mainland France.
Below this amount, a flat shipping fee applies depending on the chosen carrier (Colissimo, Mondial Relay, Chronopost, etc.).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to several European countries, including Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Germany, and Spain. Delivery times and costs may vary depending on the destination.

Can I track my order?

Of course. As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email, allowing you to follow your package in real time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments via:

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (depending on your browser)

Is my payment secure?

Absolutely. Molovam uses Shopify Payments and PayPal — both comply with international PCI-DSS security standards. No banking information is stored on our servers.


Returns & Exchanges

Can I return an item?

Yes. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags.

How do I make a return?

Contact us at contact@molovam.com or via the contact form on our website.
Once your request is validated, we’ll provide you with the return instructions and address.

Are returns free?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective items or shipping errors. We recommend using a tracked shipment to ensure safe delivery.

When will I be refunded?

After we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days using your original payment method.

Do you offer a warranty?

All our products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, as provided by French consumer law.

What should I do if I receive a faulty product?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@molovam.com. We’ll assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a detailed size guide and specific fit recommendations.
If you’re between two sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger one for added comfort.

Will sold-out products be restocked?

Some popular items may be restocked. If you’d like to be notified, click “Notify me when back in stock” on the relevant product page.

Our team usually responds within 24 business hours.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@Greenloungeco.com.
Once the order is dispatched, we can no longer modify or cancel it.

Where can I find my order information?

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your order number and summary.
If you created a customer account, you can also view your order history at any time.

Greenloungeco ( archeos) is a French company registered under SIREN 792 404 568, complying with all legal obligations for e-commerce in France and the EU (consumer rights, warranty, data protection, and secure payment).

All transactions are processed in euros (€) via secure payment gateways.
